It is a winner here. We almost always serve the dolmas with natural unsweetened yoghurt. You can also try to sautee some onions in some olive oil and paste, then add your chopped beets, add some salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes. Before you take it off the stove, crack some eggs on it (we have an egg each on it). It tastes great. You can make the same meal with spinach too.Mrs. Luckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12145610752149256070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1477973669822478280.post-89405917797008844952013-09-30T20:20:36.764+10:002013-09-30T20:20:36.764+10:00This comment has been removed by the author.Mrs. Luckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12145610752149256070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1477973669822478280.post-75415056490684088312013-09-30T20:10:25.231+10:002013-09-30T20:10:25.231+10:00Yum, they look fabulous, my kids fight me on silve...Yum, they look fabulous, my kids fight me on silver beet but I think they would try these Mel@Mellywood's Mansionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07636427820882725798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1477973669822478280.post-37754794320577156712013-09-30T17:51:07.899+10:002013-09-30T17:51:07.899+10:00You can also stir-fry them Ipek. Freezing makes it so much convenient. I often make a batch when I have a good supply of some seasonal leaves (and time) and freeze. When I am in a rush, I take them out and use for dinner. You can also use silverbeet leaves, cabbage and leek with this recipe (possibly kale too).
